Demand Planning Analyst
Demand Planning Opportunity – Albert Roger Ltd
Explore a Demand Planning role with Albert Roger Ltd as we expand our team to maintain our trusted position as a beauty distribution partner to European retail customers.
As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in our data-driven decision-making, driving business success through data analysis and strategic collaboration across departments. You’ll gather, analyse, and present insights to optimise our operations in a fast-growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy of demand forecasts and support precise inventory management
- Monitor stock levels to reduce overstock and obsoleteness
- Create and maintain product codes within the ERP system
- Produce purchase orders for multiple suppliers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate market intelligence into forecasts
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to integrate:
- Promotions
- Activations
- New product launches in demand planning

Requirements
- Experience in inventory forecasting or demand planning
- Analytical mindset with expertise in working across multiple data sources
- Advanced Excel skills (minimum: V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise in a dynamic environment
- Eager to learn and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Fluent English (C2 bilingual or C1 Advanced+ equivalent)
- (Additional European languages considered an advantage)
- (Bonus) Experience with Python, SQL, or Power BI
