Demand & S&OP Manager

TEAMBULK ARE HIRING A DEMAND & S&OP MANAGER

Bulk™ is on an incredible journey, with a mission to move the business from a manufacturing-led retailer to a destination brand for active nutrition. We are shaking up the sports nutrition industry through disruptive marketing campaigns that help people think differently about our brand – and we want you to be a part of it!

We want passionate risk-takers. We want people that like to challenge our thinking. We want people that live and breathe digital and have an affinity to the world of nutrition, health, fitness, and sports.

IN A NUTSHELL

Supply Chain is what keeps Bulk™ moving. From ensuring customers can get their favourite products when they need them, to supporting ambitious growth plans, our Demand and S&OP team plays a critical role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Demand & S&OP Manager to own and improve our demand planning approach, using data, insight and commercial thinking to help shape the future of the business.

You’ll be responsible for building the most accurate demand outlook possible, balancing customer availability with smart stock management. Using planning tools such as FuturMaster, you’ll turn data into actionable insight, helping the business make better decisions around inventory, launches, promotions and growth.

Working closely across Supply Chain, Procurement, Innovation, Marketing, Trading and Brand, you’ll be at the centre of our S&OP process, connecting teams and ensuring we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, challenging the status quo and using data to drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll join a high-performing team where your decisions will directly influence customer experience, operational performance and Bulk’s continued growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Leading the S&OP cycle, ensuring its timely co-ordination and adherence
  • Lead S&OP sign-off meeting, articulating demand plan, reconciliation to budget and risk & opps
  • Present monthly forecast accuracy results and root cause analysis with actions
  • Overall ownership and excellence in building and maintaining our demand planning software, using reporting tools to analyse and understand performance and opportunities. Analysing past sales figures and trends to anticipate future product performance at a SKU and group level for all our channels.
  • Produce an accurate demand plan covering short, medium and long term forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis. The foundations for Supply and Procurement.
  • Alignment with the financial team to create clear reconciliation between the demand plan and the latest financial forecast.
  • Further develop our demand planning software
  • Prepare & present reporting on KPIs for weekly & monthly meetings
  • Supporting the other functions with data insights
  • Support in the initiative sizing of NPD/EPDs
  • Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as directed by the Supply Chain Director.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
