Fixed Term Contract ending December 2027

Salary: Up To £57,000 Depending On Experience.

About the Role

We are recruiting a Demand and Supply Planning Manager to lead our DSP team. Reporting into the Nespresso UK&I Supply Chain Manager, this is a critical role responsible for ensuring exceptional execution in fulfilling market demand.

Your Impact

As Demand and Supply Planning Manager, you will act as a business co-pilot, representing Supply Chain across Nespresso’s portfolio. You will be accountable for maintaining strong product availability across all channels while leading the development of accurate and actionable demand plans.

This role offers the opportunity to challenge existing ways of working and help shape the future of the DSP function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7 planners, driving performance and career growth
  • Overseeing a rolling 18-month demand plan using OMP, combining statistical forecasting with market insights and events
  • Managing a rolling supply plan, including:
    • Stock projections and launch/event planning
    • Manage Excess stock to ensure stock cover falls within zone requirements
    • Maintaining low levels of slow and obsolete stocks, exercising control over SKU Rationalisation
  • Supporting the budget forecasting for 3PL’s
  • Supporting the planning/supply for 21 Nespresso specific Boutiques
  • Acting as a key contributor in the MBP (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams
  • Identifying and resolving demand and supply imbalances through cross-functional collaboration

We’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and coaching
  • Strong experience across end-to-end supply chain, ideally in Demand Planning or Product Supply
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and external partners (e.g., retailers or distributors)
  • A strong understanding of supply chain impacts across upstream and downstream operations
  • A proactive and change-oriented mindset, with experience driving improvements
  • An inclusive leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams
