About the Role

Berners Tavern, a Michelin-starred restaurant led by celebrated Chef Jason Atherton, is seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. Join Excouchis a contemporary British menu reflecting the best British produce whilst delivering an award-winning experience in one of London’s most talked-about restaurants.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work in an exciting, dynamic environment where the menu refreshes monthly, maintaining rigour and offering ongoing opportunities to learn. Training is not confined to the kitchen – culinary teams also travel across the UK to gain hands-on experience from best-in-class suppliers.
