Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety is always maintained.
  • Station Management
    • Oversee dish production at your station, maintain supplies, and uphold cleanliness and organisation.
  • Quality Control
    • Guarantee high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with the team and provide mutual support.
  • Menu Development
    • Work alongside the head chef to test and refine new recipes, contributing fresh ideas.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance
    • Keep your workstation and the kitchen clean, storing equipment properly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary styles.
  • Food safety expertise to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Alignment with BaxterStorey’s core values.

  • Work Pattern: Mon–Fri (no weekend shifts)
