Demi Chef de Partie | Kennels Kitchen
This isn't your average kitchen role.
At Kennels, we take food seriously, but we also know that the best kitchens are built on great people, good energy, and a genuine love of cooking. We're looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our close-knit culinary team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members.
Working alongside our Senior Sous Chef, you'll develop your skills and be part of a kitchen that genuinely invests in the people within it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Managing stock movement and ordering for your section
- Completing mise en place and contributing to a well-oiled kitchen team
- Learning from experienced senior chefs and growing your repertoire
- Supporting menu development and bringing ideas to the table
- Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
