Role Description
The Demolition Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Redhill. The role involves operating demolition machinery and equipment to safely dismantle structures, crush concrete, and assist with site clearance. Responsibilities include:

- Following site plans and instructions
- Performing routine checks and minor maintenance on machines
- Supporting quality and safety standards throughout each project

The operator will work closely with site supervisors and team members, adhering to health and safety regulations and contributing to efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in machine operation and experience working with demolition machinery.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in a construction or demolition environment.
- Understanding of basic quality control principles to maintain safe and accurate operations.
- Clear, reliable communication skills for working with supervisors and site teams.
- Relevant experience in demolition, construction, or heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to safe work practices.
- Valid equipment operating certifications and licenses appropriate to the machinery used.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
