New Job Opportunity – Demolition Supervisor – 12 Month Outside IR35 Contract (3 years of work) – Based in North Wales
Location: Talacre, North Wales
Contract: Initially 12 Months
Site Requirements: 5.5 days per week
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Purpose of the position: As Demolition Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on site demolition activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
You will join our Liverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Ensure that work is conducted according to the agreed upon methods, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
- Guarantee safe demolition procedures.
- Supervision the implementation of RAMS (Risk assessment method statement)
- Ensure Our Client's standards are adequately applied, both with customers and suppliers/subcontractors, always in consideration of the perceived level of risks that each of them involves.
- Acquire a strong knowledge of Our client's global organization, services and assets.

What are we looking for?
- Experience: Proven experience on similar role in UK with demolition or construction activities
- Technical Background: mechanical or civil engineering context
