About The Practice
Envisage Dental Basingstoke is a modern five-surgery private practice with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. Providing a broad range of treatments in a well-equipped practice, including hygiene services supported by EMS technology.
The practice is conveniently located with on-site parking, as well as additional parking just a five-minute walk away, making your commute as easy as possible.
The Role
You'll play an important role in ensuring every patient receives an excellent experience while supporting the smooth running of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures.
- Supporting hygiene appointments, including working with EMS equipment.
- Preparing and maintaining clinical environments.
- Following infection prevention and control protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements.
- Delivering a positive patient experience from start to finish.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time permanent position, working 42.5 hours per week. Whilst we're ideally looking for someone full-time, we'd love to hear from candidates seeking part-time opportunity, get in touch for an informal chat we're always happy to explore flexible working options where possible.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:45am - 5:15pm
- 1-hour lunch break each day

About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, professional and passionate about patient care, with excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. Previous experience within a dental practice is desirable for trainee candidates but is not essential.
