Dental Nurse
Qualified Dental Nurse – Fresh Smile Clinic (25 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly, modern contracting team. This permanent, 25-hour weekly position operates across:
- Tuesday: 08:45–19:15
- Wednesday: 08:45–17:15
- Thursday: 08:15–17:15
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting dentists in a 6-surgery private practice where cosmetic and general dentistry are delivered.
- Assisting with full-range treatments, including restorative, orthodontic, and aesthetic practices.
- Maintaining clean, sterile, and organised surgery environments.
- Adhering to dental protocols, GDC guidelines, and clinical hygiene standards.
- Providing empathetic, professional patient care in a patient-phobia sensitive setting.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
✔ A recognised dental nursing qualification (e.g., NEBDN, competencies programme) ✔ Active GDC (General Dental Council) registration ✔ Cosmetic dental experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Personal Attributes
✔ A caring and empathetic approach to patients, particularly those with dental phobias ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills to integrate seamlessly into our busy practice ✔ Commitment to delivering outstanding patient service and upholding high clinical standards ✔ Basic booking and administration skills (day-to-day contact management for dental appointments)
Salary & Benefits
Competitive Compensation Structure
- Salary range: £13.05–£18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
