Beyond Dental | Cheltenham | 4 Days per Week | No Weekends

Looking for a practice where you'll be valued, supported and have the opportunity to develop your skills?

Beyond Dental Cheltenham is looking for a qualified GDC Registered Dental Nurse to join our friendly, experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, fully private practice where patient care always comes first and every member of the team plays an important role.

About Us

Located in the heart of Regency Cheltenham, Beyond Dental is a beautifully restored four-surgery private practice with an outstanding reputation for exceptional patient care.

Formerly part of the Beyond Group, we are now proudly part of the Envisage Dental Group, allowing us to benefit from the support of a larger organisation while maintaining the culture, identity and patient-focused approach that makes Beyond Dental so special.

Our clinicians have a wide range of interests including restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery and aesthetic dentistry, making this an interesting and varied place to work.

The Role

As a Dental Nurse, you'll provide high-quality chairside support while helping to create an outstanding experience for every patient who visits the practice. Alongside clinical duties, you'll occasionally support our reception team, making this a varied role where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Chairside assistance across a wide range of private dental treatments.
  • Preparing and maintaining clinical surgeries to the highest standards.
  • Supporting infection prevention, decontamination and clinical compliance.
  • Assisting with digital workflows, including the use of digital scanners (training provided if required).
  • Providing occasional reception cover and supporting patients throughout their journey.
  • Working collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
