💼 What You'll Do
- Grow and develop a thriving territory
- Win new business while protecting and expanding existing accounts
- Sell through dealers into dental practices and schools - groups and independents
- Build relationships with dentists, practice managers and clinical teams
- Drive sales through consultative, value-led conversations
👊 Who You Are
- Must be from the dental industry - product knowledge is essential!
- Ideally sales experience or a clinical dental background (e.g. dental nurse or practice manager)
- Commercially driven and confident winning new business
- Happy to be customer-facing every day
- Full UK driving licence

💰 The Package
- £35-50K basic
- 20% OTE (paid quarterly)
- Hybrid company car
