Dental Plan Development Manager – Permanent Full-Time Role

About the Role

Join the Central Ops Team at mydentist as a Dental Plan Development Manager, supporting the South West and Wales regions.

  • Permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements
  • Travel required throughout the region
  • Supported by an experienced, collaborative team
  • Requires access to a vehicle

The Role: Responsibilities

As a Dental Plan Development Manager, your key tasks include:

  • Achieving KPI-driven growth:
    • Driving Private Dental Plans and {My}Options expansion across all practices.
    • Ensuring strategic development through operational and clinical teams.
