Company - An Award-Winning Boutique Cosmetic Dental Group
We are an award-winning boutique cosmetic dental group providing orthodontic, cosmetic, and general care to patients across Berkshire, London, and Buckinghamshire.
We are currently looking for a Practice Manager to join our team in the heart of Wokingham town centre. If you enjoy working in a supportive and motivated team that truly focuses on patient care, this could be the role for you!

The Role

General day-to-day running of the practice:
- Rotas
- CQC compliance
- Payroll
- Recruitment
- Appraisals

Reporting:
- SOE updates
- Finance reports as per the accountant’s instructions

Organising and supporting staff development and training

Driving the business forward by:
- Identifying areas of growth
- Pursuing innovative and creative ideas to propel the organisation forward

Supporting with HR activities, including but not limited to:
- New employee onboarding
- Offboarding
- Recruitment
- Meeting and greeting candidates

General practice support, including patient management

Leading by example and acting as a role model to the wider team to enable their growth, experience, and development in their roles
