Practice Manager | Hewett's Dental | Brighouse | Full-time (40 Hours)

Lead a stunning, modern practice and help shape its next chapter.

Some leadership roles are about maintaining standards. This one is about building on success.

Hewett's Dental is looking for an ambitious, people-focused Practice Manager to lead our established eight-surgery practice in Brighouse. With a loyal patient base, beautiful surroundings, cutting-edge technology and a close-knit team, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while being supported by the wider Envisage Dental group.

Why Hewett's Dental?

Hewett's Dental is a practice we're incredibly proud of.

From its stunning contemporary décor and bright clinical spaces to its investment in the latest technology, every part of the practice has been designed to deliver an exceptional experience for both patients and the team.

Predominantly private, we provide a wide range of treatments including implants, sedation and endodontics, supported by experienced clinicians who work collaboratively and independently.

What truly makes Hewett's special, however, is the people. Our team is long-standing, supportive and genuinely enjoys working together. Staff turnover is low, daily team huddles keep everyone connected, and you'll be supported by an experienced Director of Clinic Support, Principal Dentist, Lead Nurse and Treatment Coordinators, giving you the freedom to lead with confidence.

The Opportunity

This is a true leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the practice while driving future growth.

You'll:

  • Lead, coach and develop an experienced team.
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience.
  • Maximise diary utilisation and improve practice performance.
  • Drive local marketing and support patient growth.
  • Maintain exceptional compliance and operational standards.
  • Work closely with the Principal Clinician and wider leadership team to achieve business goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
