Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive
Are you an exceptional dental leader with a passion for people, business growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences?
This is not your average Dental Practice Manager role.
At Devonshire House Dental Practice, we are looking for a commercially minded leader to oversee the day-to-day operation running of one of the UK's leading private specialist dental practices. With a team of more than 70 professionals, this is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established, award-winning business while continuing to drive its future success. Devonshire House is a large multidisciplinary practice with specialist dentistry, education, and an in-house dental laboratory, offering exciting opportunities beyond a traditional dental practice.
Working closely with our Reception Manager and Nursing Team Manager, you will provide leadership across the business, ensuring our teams remain engaged, motivated, and focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
