We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Dental Practice Manager to lead our modern, 6-surgery practice in the heart of Wellingborough.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CQC registered manager who combines strong dental commercial awareness with outstanding people skills. You'll be someone who thinks quickly, works independently, takes ownership of challenges, and inspires teams to deliver their very best every day.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, people, compliance, and commercial performance of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care while driving growth and efficiency.

You will be empowered to lead the practice independently while benefiting from the support of a wider management team. This role requires a confident leader who can balance people management, business performance, and regulatory compliance in a busy healthcare environment.
