About the Practice
Alpha Dental Care Eston is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and professional dental team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with strong organisational, people management, and operational skills to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a busy mixed NHS and private dental practice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Supporting clinical excellence
- Delivering outstanding patient care

- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards

Key Requirements:
✔ Previous dental or clinical practice experience ✔ CQC registered manager or willing to work towards registration ✔ Motivated and eager to motivate a team ✔ Confident in all aspects of team management ✔ Experienced in administrative tasks of running a clinical setting
