Job Description

About the Role and Practice

If you're a Receptionist looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Meadowbank Dental Practice in Edinburgh.

  • Full-time hours available/ part time positions will be considered for the right candidate.
  • Typical shifts are Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:45pm

Meadowbank Dental practice is a NHS/Private mixed eight surgeries dental practice, we offering general, cosmetic and specialist dentistry; including Implants, Invisalign and Minor Oral Surgery. We offer Denplan payment plans and finance. Our Practice management system is SOE. Our practice is made up of friendly people who work well both individually and as part of a team.

About You

We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
  • A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
  • The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
