Dental Receptionist – The Parks Dental & Skin Clinic, Kingswood, Hull

Be the first smile our patients see at The Parks Dental & Skin Clinic, where we deliver exceptional patient care from the moment someone walks through our doors. As the face of our practice, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a warm, friendly, and professional experience.

Whether you already have reception experience or are looking for a new career in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in dental settings isn’t essential—full training will be provided for the right person.

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist, your mission is to deliver a five-star patient experience from the first contact to the end of their journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome patients and create positive first impressions
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain an efficient clinic schedule
  • Respond professionally to inquiries via phone, email, in person, and social media
  • Assist patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with clinicians and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional care

Some flexibility may be possible around start times, though finish times are fixed to meet the clinic’s needs.


About You

We’re searching for a friendly, approachable, and customer-service driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need:

  • Strong communication skills (both face-to-face and over the phone)
  • Organisational abilities to manage bookings and records efficiently
  • Comfort with computer systems and a willingness to learn new software
  • A team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exemplary service
  • Previous reception or customer service experience (advantageous)
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
