Job Title: Dental Receptionist

Location: Dentopedia Group Clinics

Schedule: Weekdays

Job Type: Part time

Salary: £13 - £15 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk operations and welcome patients professionally
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries promptly
  • Book, amend, and manage appointment diaries efficiently
  • Support conversion of enquiries into booked appointments
  • Process payments and complete end-of-day reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Coordinate with dentists and nurses to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Handle patient queries and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
  • Support diary optimisation and clinic performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in dental reception or similar front-facing role
  • Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
  • Comfortable discussing fees and appointment availability
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Commercially aware while remaining patient-focused
  • Confident using dental software and computer systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
