Dental Receptionist | Angle House Crouch End

The first smile our patients see.

The Angle House Crouch End Team is looking for a professional and welcoming Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, ensuring every patient feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to be a key part of the Angle House success story. Our clinicians and nurses rely on our Receptionists to manage the heartbeat of the practice, balancing administrative excellence with fantastic customer service.

In this role, you’ll manage the front-of-house experience:

  • Greeting patients
  • Coordinating busy schedules
  • Ensuring the patient journey is seamless and stress-free

This role is full-time, 5 days a week (available between 08:00 and 18:00).

Your Main Duties

  • Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in process, and provide a helpful point of contact for all queries.
  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage daily cashing up and banking procedures.

What We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about patient care. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A patient-centred mindset and a natural ability to put people at ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with daily banking/cashing up is preferred.
  • Previous dental reception experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
