Dental Sales Representative – Oral Healthcare
Field Based Territory: South West / South Coast
Are you a driven sales professional looking to develop your career within healthcare and oral health? We are seeking Dental Sales Representatives to build strong relationships with Dentists, Hygienists, and Therapists across a designated territory. You'll educate customers on oral healthcare solutions, deliver engaging presentations, and support business growth through effective account management and customer engagement.
What you will be responsible for
- Managing and growing relationships with dental practices and key stakeholders.
- Delivering face-to-face customer visits, presentations, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
- Educating healthcare professionals on oral healthcare solutions and evidence-based practices.
- Identifying business opportunities and executing territory growth plans.
- Gathering customer and market insights to support commercial success.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity planning.
What we are looking for
- Sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Confident presenter with a customer-focused approach.
- Highly organised with excellent territory management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, dental, or medical device experience is desirable.
