Role Overview The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. You will support patients from initial enquiry through consultation to treatment acceptance, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. This is a patient-facing, performance-driven role that requires excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct non-clinical consultations with patients Explain treatment options, fees, and finance solutions clearly Support conversion of enquiries into booked consultations Follow up treatment plans to maximise acceptance Build strong rapport and trust with patients Work closely with dentists and nurses to coordinate treatment journeys Track performance metrics and report on conversion rates Manage patient communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email Ensure all patient records and consent documentation are accurate Support diary optimisation and clinic revenue growth What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar sales/patient-facing role Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills Comfortable discussing fees and finance options Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline Commercially aware while remaining ethical and patient-focused Professional appearance and confident presentation skills Able to work in a target-driven environment Confident using dental software and CRM systems Why Join Dentopedia Group Clear systems and structured patient journeys Strong marketing support and consistent patient flow Supportive management and leadership Performance recognition and growth opportunities Opportunities for progression within a growing group Ongoing training and development Essential Requirements Right to work in the UK Excellent spoken and written English Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident discussing finance and treatment costs Professional and confident telephone manner Reliable, punctual and well-presented Able to work full-time Monday to Friday & Weekends with mutual agreement Staff Benefits Three fully paid staff events each year – Summer Event, Winter Event, and Christmas Party 50% discount on treatments for yourself at any Dentopedia clinic 20% discount for your family members and relatives Ad-hoc Amazon gift vouchers approved by CEO Seasonal gifts and Christmas bonus
