Role Overview
The Treatment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in guiding patients from initial enquiry to treatment completion, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their journey.

This is a patient-facing, performance-driven role requiring excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct non-clinical consultations with patients
- Clearly explain treatment options, fees, and finance solutions
- Convert enquiries into booked consultations with high efficiency
- Follow up on treatment plans to maximise acceptance rates
- Build strong rapport and trust with patients
- Collaborate closely with dentists and nurses to coordinate treatment journeys
- Track and report performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates)
- Manage patient communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Ensure patient records and consent documentation are accurate and up to date
- Support diary optimisation and contribute to clinic revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidates should possess:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a sales/patient-facing role
- Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
- Comfortable discussing fees, finance options, and treatment costs transparently
- Highly organised with ironclad follow-up discipline
- Commercially aware while maintaining an ethical and patient-focused approach
- Professional appearance and polished presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in dental software and CRM systems

Requirements
Essential:
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Superior organisational and time-management skills
- Confident discussing finance and treatment costs
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Availability for full-time shifts (Monday to Friday & weekends), subject to mutual agreement
