What You'll Do
- Own and manage complex calendars across leaders, various time zones, and shifting priorities, proactively anticipating and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate global travel arrangements from start to finish, meticulously managing all details to allow leaders to maintain focus on their impact.
- Process expenses swiftly and accurately, ensuring strict compliance with all guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive support for projects and team events, from offsites to ad hoc gatherings, bringing thoughtfulness and high standards to every detail.
- Confidently integrate into new teams and contexts, applying sound judgment to quickly understand needs and add immediate value.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with executives, administrative staff, and cross-functional partners throughout the business.
