Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic team as a Department Head of Property Management. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Stockport. We are offering a realistic OTE of up to £55,000, depending on experience
Let's talk about the role, it involves:
Taking ownership of the Property Management function, leading performance, culture and overall direction Setting and delivering KPIs across retention, renewals, rent reviews and income Monitoring performance through data and MI, identifying opportunities to drive improvement Leading and developing Team Leaders, Property Managers and Inspectors, supporting progression and high standards Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, complaints and key client relationships Driving growth through improved retention, customer experience and portfolio opportunities Providing clear reporting, insight and direction to senior leadership

Proven leadership experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings Commercially minded, with experience driving performance, retention and growth A strong leader of teams and leaders, able to build and develop high-performing structures Confident handling complaints, client relationships and complex situations ARLA Qualified (or equivalent) strongly preferred Highly organised, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
