Department Manager – Fashion Retail (London, UK)

URBAN REVIVO is looking for an experienced Department Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, optimising store operations, and leading a dynamic team. Reporting to the Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will be responsible for managing product performance, overseeing stock, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a strong leader with a passion for fashion retail, a keen eye for visual merchandising, and the ability to develop and inspire a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Performance Management: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve and exceed sales targets, analysing performance to identify areas for growth.
  • Visual Merchandising & Stock Management: Ensure effective stock control, visual merchandising, and product presentation to create an engaging shopping experience. Monitor sales trends, manage product performance, and coordinate with leadership on purchasing and replenishment.
  • Store Operations & Brand Standards: Ensure the store operates efficiently and maintains high visual and operational standards in line with URBAN REVIVO’s brand identity.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Support team progression through career development planning and structured training.

  • Passion for fashion retail and an understanding of current industry trends
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail management
  • Strong knowledge of stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership
  • Ability to analyse sales data and implement commercial strategies
  • A proactive and organised approach with excellent problem-solving skills
