Zachary Daniels is excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Manager position with a fast-paced and fashion-forward retail business. Key Responsibilities as a Department Manager
- Has strong visual merchandising skills and a passion for it
- Driving customer service levels
- Leading and inspiring your management team
- Overseeing people, service, operations, and product management
- Sales generation, driving KPI's, budget, and P&L management
- Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained
- Training and people development of employees
- One-to-one coaching and succession planning

What we are looking for
- You will be currently working as a visual manager or Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager, or Department Manager with a strong passion and understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM).
- Have at least 2-3 years of retail visual and management experience.
- Have a natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail.
- Experience working in Fashion is highly desirable but not essential. Experience can be in Footwear, Accessories, Clothing, or big-box retail.
- Have a love for inspiring your team through leadership and celebration of exceeding KPI's.
- This is a fast-paced environment, and applicants with experience managing turnovers over £500k will have a distinct advantage.
