Department Manager – Warehouse Operations (Mirfield)

About the Role
You’ll be overseeing the daily operations of Goods In and Put-Away at our Mirfield warehouse, ensuring seamless throughput, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and a culture of efficiency, safety, and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise warehouse workflows for Goods In and Put-Away, ensuring Hardware and Chemical inventory is processed efficiently.
- Monitor and report throughput and SLA compliance, managing escalations as required.
- Maintain open communication with teams, fostering collaboration while enforcing scheduling and workload goals.
- Track and review team performance, providing constructive feedback and development support.
- Uphold strict occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and quality control measures.
- Align the department with broader Incora Values: Courage, Collaboration, Commitment, and Community.
About You
We’re looking for a proven leader in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management who thrives in high-pressure environments.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in team management within warehouse, logistics, or distribution (Hardware/Chemical industries preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record in measuring throughput performance, managing SLAs, and handling client escalations.
- Strong ability to train, coach, and motivate teams to exceed expectations.
