Department Manager | Fashion Retail | Belfast | Salary up to £30,000 + Bonus
Zachary Daniels are looking for an experienced Department Manager to join a dynamic fashion retail team in Belfast. As a Department Manager you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading a motivated team, and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards.
The successful Department Manager will be passionate about fashion, confident in leading people, and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent visual merchandising and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards.
- Support recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Ensure efficient stock management and loss prevention.
- Assist with store operations, opening and closing procedures.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culture.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within fashion retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for fashion.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
