DEPARTMENT MANAGER - ROCHDALE

Department Manager – H&M Rochdale Store (Riverside Retail & Leisure)

Permanent Position • 39 hours per week • 7 days flexibility (including weekends)

About the Role

H&M Group is seeking a Department Manager to lead and support their team at the H&M Rochdale store in the Riverside Retail & Leisure complex. This role requires driving operational excellence, optimising sales performance, and fostering a collaborative culture while delivering an outstanding customer and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring top-tier operational and visual standards.
  • Analyse sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set clear goals, and develop strategies to maximise profits and stock management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop staff while cultivating an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-focused team environment.
  • Monitor the store’s strengths and growth areas, stay informed on competitors, and align with local market and customer trends to drive success.

Our stores are the heart of the H&M experience, where brand interactions begin. As part of a dynamic Store Team, which includes:
