Victoria’s Secret Department Manager – Store Leadership Opportunity

SHIFTS 38.5 hours per week:

  • Monday: 08:30–17:00
  • Tuesday: 08:30–17:00
  • Wednesday: 08:30–17:00
  • Friday: 08:30–17:00
  • Saturday: 10:45–19:45

##About the Role

As a Department Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be a critical part of our management team, driving the success of your store while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results and create unforgettable customer experiences every day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Experience Deliver an outstanding in-store experience, from helping customers discover the perfect product to seamless checkout service.

  • Team Leadership Lead by example—energise your team, ensure smooth operations, and maintain our high brand standards. Foster a personalised experience that customers will remember.

  • Performance & Profitability Collaborate with the broader management team to meet key store KPIs. Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

  • Store Standards Maintain rigorous front- and back-of-store standards, including:

    • Managing deliveries and stock replenishment
    • Supporting loss prevention
    • Adhering to health & safety procedures
  • Visual Standards & Execution Work alongside the Visual Team to uphold our iconic brand aesthetics and ensure team members uphold these benchmarks.

  • Listening & Innovation Bring creativity and fresh ideas to the team. Cultivate an open culture where every voice counts—your contributions will shape how we grow and excel.

  • Store Operations Execute opening/closing procedures and fulfil key holder duties as required.

  • New Initiatives Support product launches, floor set moves, and audits—ensuring your team is confident and trained for every task.
