Location: Hereford Salary: Up to £28,000 + Bonus Opportunity + Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing multi-product retailer as a Department Manager.

Responsibilities
As Department Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
- Driving exceptional customer service standards throughout the store
- Delivering sales performance and supporting overall store profitability
- Maintaining strong brand standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Working towards and achieving store and company KPIs
- Monitoring trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunity
