Sales & Customer Experience Department Supervisor
£14.61 per hour
About the Role

At the heart of the sales floor leadership team, you’ll support store management, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding the standards that define Halfords.

Responsibilities
- Lead and train a small team, developing their skills to achieve remarkable results
- Deliver outstanding customer service with unmatched enthusiasm for our products and services
- Handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines while meeting challenging sales targets
- Coordinate on-the-job training and coaching for colleagues
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and stock loss prevention measures

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience supervising or leading a small team
- A proven track record of retail sales or service-based customer service
- Hands-on experience in mentoring or training others
- Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- Consistent success in exceeding sales targets
