Your Career
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise within MHR Analytics, delivering innovative Data Services solutions to a diverse customer base. You will take ownership of projects from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation, testing, and ongoing support, giving you end-to-end exposure to the full project lifecycle. As your career progresses, you will have the opportunity to build specialist product knowledge, gain relevant certifications, and become a trusted technical expert within Professional Services.

Your Team
You'll be part of a collaborative Professional Services team, working closely with Account Managers, Customer Support, and colleagues across the wider business to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Together, you'll share knowledge, promote best practice, and identify opportunities to maximise value for customers. Strong communication and teamwork will be key as you manage multiple projects, engage with stakeholders, and ensure customers receive a seamless deployment experience.
Your Impact
Your work will directly influence the success of our customers by delivering high-quality Data Services solutions that help them maximise the value of MHR Analytics. You will build trusted customer relationships, manage projects through to successful completion, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and outcomes throughout delivery. By identifying new opportunities within the existing customer base, supporting departmental revenue goals, and championing best practice across Professional Services, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, business growth, and the continued success of MHR Analytics.
