Summary
The Deployment, Associate is responsible for configuring, testing, and preparing POS and credit card equipment for deployment, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card equipment.
- Program, test, package, and ship POS equipment, peripherals, and supplies.
- Fulfill daily orders, receive incoming supplies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly using provided instructions and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and departmental impact on company operations.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; relevant certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft) are beneficial.
- Ability to frequently lift 10–20 lbs, occasionally up to 30 lbs, and on occasion up to 50 lbs.
- Credit card industry experience (acquiring or issuing) preferred.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, Windows applications, and email.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Capable of handling shipments, wrapping pallets, and operating hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Experience with testing, cleaning, and sorting products for RMA or repurposing.
- Meets attendance and performance standards.
