Our flagship products are designed to create a connected store experience, facilitating seamless communication among retail staff to enhance efficiency and elevate customer service. We empower teams to collaborate effortlessly and achieve their retail goals. You’ve probably already seen us in action - we’re trusted by Tesco, Asda, Dunelm, and Iceland, just to name a few.

With over 1 million users across more than 42,000 locations in 39+ countries, and recognition as one of the top 100 best small-to-medium size businesses to work for, join us on our journey!

Please note, to apply for this position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK. This is a fully remote role, and you'll need to be comfortable working independently during our evening shift pattern of 9pm to 5am GMT throughout the duration of the contract.

Role Overview

At VoCoVo, we're on a mission to help retailers communicate better, operate more efficiently and deliver exceptional experiences for their customers. As part of that commitment, we're delivering a major global initiative to upgrade thousands of customer systems to the latest software and firmware standards.

We're looking for a Deployment Consultant to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in the successful delivery of this programme.

Working as part of our Delivery team, you'll be responsible for remotely deploying software upgrades across our global customer estate during planned maintenance windows. Using established deployment plans and tools, you'll monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure upgrades are completed smoothly and successfully.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment, solving problems, and making a visible impact. No two weeks will look exactly the same, with deployments taking place across a variety of customer environments and technologies.

You'll receive full training on VoCoVo's products, systems and deployment processes, and will work closely with teams across Technical Care, Product and Delivery to help ensure our customers continue to benefit from the latest features, improvements and security updates.

If you're someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys troubleshooting technical challenges, and takes pride in delivering great outcomes for customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
