Location: Altrincham
Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9 am - 5.30 pm)

Our client is a well-established business delivering innovative digital solutions to the hospitality, retail and quick service sectors. They work with a portfolio of high-profile national and international brands, providing cutting-edge technology that enhances customer experience, improves operational efficiency and supports business growth.
Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Deployment Manager to join their Operations team based in Altrincham.
The Role
As Deployment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering large-scale technology deployment programmes across a national customer estate.
Working closely with internal teams, field engineers, third-party providers and customer stakeholders, you will oversee multiple deployment projects simultaneously, ensuring installations are completed on time, to specification and in line with agreed project plans.
This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple technology deployment projects from planning through to successful completion.
- Act as the primary operational contact for customer deployment programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate installation schedules with field engineers and third-party partners.
- Monitor project milestones, identifying risks and implementing solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Produce deployment schedules, stock forecasts and operational reports.
- Ensure equipment and resources are available to support installation programmes.
- Review installation documentation and quality standards throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate reporting on project progress, risks and key milestones.
- Support the transition from pilot projects through to large-scale operational rollouts.
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in line with operational procedures and service level commitments.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy operational environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You Will Have
- Experience managing customer-facing projects, deployments or operational programmes.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience managing trackers, schedules and reporting.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours where required to support key project delivery.

Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Technology deployments or operational rollout projects.
- Retail, hospitality or quick-service environments.
- POS/EPOS systems or digital technology solutions.
- IT hardware, networking or software environments.
- Finance administration, purchase orders or budget tracking.
- Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and reporting.
- Working alongside field service engineers and third-party suppliers.
- Project management methodologies.
- Fast-paced operational or technology-led organisations.
