Join us as a Deployment Project Scheduler in Holland, MI as we work together to bring innovative automation solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules in alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and insights to support effective decision-making and weekly reporting.
- Ensure schedule accuracy through ongoing monitoring, updates, and version control processes.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to identify risks and issues, track action items, and support timely resolution in partnership with project managers.
- Coordinate permitting and licensing activities in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Support contractor capacity planning to ensure appropriate resource allocation across projects.
- Ensure adherence to customer safety requirements and contractor compliance protocols.
- Identify on-site point-of-contact needs and confirm appropriate staffing coverage.
- Determine internal resource requirements and collaborate with functional leaders to secure necessary support for project execution.
- Apply knowledge of customer deployment processes, including permitting, construction coordination, utilities, inspections, and project closeout requirements.
- Maintain understanding of project scope, deployment processes, and budget considerations to support successful execution.
- Perform proactive schedule and risk analysis, considering project size, complexity, timelines, and potential impacts.
- Support successful project delivery by contributing to cost, quality, safety, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following established safety policies and regulations.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and maintain a list of qualified and approved deployment contractors.
- Manage and optimize the overall deployment schedule to ensure resources are effectively allocated across projects.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant scheduling or project experience is required
- Experience supporting projects for the high-volume project team is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Project
- Ability to become proficient in company systems, processes, and tools
- Ability to Travel up to 20% of the time
