Deployment Strategist
TL;DR
We’re looking for a Founding Deployment Strategist to help the world’s most ambitious companies rethink how work gets done with AI-native software. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their biggest problems, shape high-impact workflows, and drive adoption from first value to scaled organizational impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, product, and technology — partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn customer challenges into durable solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Experience leading strategic customer engagements in high-growth SaaS, AI, consulting, or transformation-focused environments
- Strong track record of driving adoption, organizational change, renewals, and expansion across Enterprise and Strategic accounts
- Ability to deeply understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and how AI-native products can create leverage across teams
- Technical ability to collaborate with engineers to scope, prototype, and deploy scalable solutions
- Strong communicator who can translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and executive-level recommendations
- Comfortable running workshops, onboarding sessions, QBRs, and stakeholder alignment across organizations
- Comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and operating in fast-moving enterprise environments
- Bonus: experience with developer tools, AI-native products, enterprise transformation work, or strategy/consulting-style engagements

What You’ll Do
Drive Strategic Customer Engagements
- Drive strategic customer engagements and lead enterprise deployments from initial adoption to scaled organizational impact
- Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their workflows, operational bottlenecks, and highest-priority problems
- Help customers rethink how work gets done with AI-native workflows and Lovable-powered solutions
- Identify the most relevant datasets, systems, and processes needed to create meaningful impact
- Design engagement strategies and rollout plans that drive adoption across teams and functions
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope, prototype, and implement solutions
- Work with Product and Engineering to bring customer learnings back into the core product
- Collaborate with Account Executives on expansion opportunities and strategic account growth
- Troubleshoot blockers, coordinate internally, and drive fast execution across teams
- Build repeatable playbooks and engagement models based on customer patterns and learnings

Partner Deeply with Customers
- Embed with customer teams to co-create workflows and solutions tailored to their needs
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and training sessions to ensure durable adoption and operational impact
- Present recommendations, results, and future opportunities to stakeholders ranging from operators to C-suite executives
- Build demos and prototypes for both existing and prospective customers
- Explore and shape opportunities across new industries, use cases, and enterprise functions
What Success Looks Like
- Customers reach time-to-value fast and expand Lovable across teams and functions
- Lovable becomes mission-critical to how customers build, operate, and innovate
- You’re seen as a trusted advisor bridging customers, product, engineering, and growth
- You help define how Lovable scales enterprise transformation engagements globally
