Job Description
As Deployment Strategist, you will bridge the gap between Fleetcraft's AI technology and real-world aviation operations. You will own the entire rollout process, spending 30-40% of your time on-site at global maintenance facilities. You'll translate complex hangar requirements into actionable product priorities, ensuring our software becomes mission-critical for technicians and executives alike.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption at customer sites globally, from initial scoping and planning through to long-term operational handover.
- Collaborate directly with technicians in maintenance facilities to understand complex workflows and deploy AI agents into live, high-compliance environments.
- Develop and scale repeatable deployment playbooks that bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and frontline aviation stakeholders.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of building deployment playbooks from scratch in complex, regulated, or industrial environments like vertical SaaS or industrial software.
- Exceptional domain learning velocity with the ability to navigate both technical software discussions and high-level commercial strategy with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel globally 30-40% of the time to work hands-on with customers in maintenance, repair, and manufacturing facilities.
