Reporting to the Depot Manager and working alongside our sales and operations teams. Our busy Depot Administrator will provide outstanding customer service to all our customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations daily.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service, generate quotes, converting to contract. Respond to customers requests and queries in a timely & professional manor. Communicate with Sales along with other team members across the business. Planning transport movement to and from customers sites. Processing daily tasks on systems relating to on/off hire, exchanges along with breakdowns accurately. Manage job cards, PDI check sheets, POD & POC processes. Manage service log. Actively promote products/services by upselling to maximise revenue opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed depot KPIs by driving efficiency, ensure alignment with Company goals.

What we are looking for
A quick thinker, able to work within a fast-paced industry, can communicate with both internal and external customers. Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment, show strong time management and self-motivation. Good understanding of PC office packages.
