Depot Assistant

Depot Assistant – Lomondgate Depot

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Depot Assistant based in our Lomondgate depot. As a Depot Assistant, you will support efficient operations by maintaining, testing, and managing equipment while ensuring a safe, organised, and compliant working environment.

Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.


What You’ll Do

As a Depot Assistant, you will:

  • Maintain, repair, and test cables
  • Manage cable stock and inventory levels to support operational requirements
  • Perform basic maintenance activities in line with Aggreko work instructions and quality standards
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment
  • Accurately complete and maintain documentation (paper and electronic) while adhering to company procedures and QHSE standards

You Are

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, reactive environment, ideally in an outdoor or operational setting
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, people-focused attitude
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • (Highly desirable): Forklift experience and a background in labour-intensive environments
