  • Act as the central point of contact for all contractors and suppliers, fostering relationships to ensure seamless communication and instruction.
  • Liaise effectively with internal operational teams and the broader public.
  • Manage the weighbridge on a shift-covering basis.
  • Plan and forecast repairs, defects and equipment orders with precision and resourcefulness.
  • Develop and maintain meticulous records/scanning protocols for all plant and equipment.
  • Take the lead on data analysis and report findings regarding defects and issues to operational management.
  • Coordinate key reports and databases to maintain operational integrity.
  • Schedule resources and training in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Guide, support, and participate in new starter inductions.
  • Record and communicate minutes and action items as needed, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • Ensure accuracy in processing all invoices in line with EMR policies and procedures.
  • Raise purchase orders and track them against spending budgets.
