What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibility spans critical aspects of depot operations:

- Act as the central point of contact for all contractors and suppliers, fostering relationships to ensure seamless communication and instruction.
- Liaise effectively with internal operational teams and the broader public.
- Manage the weighbridge on a shift-covering basis.
- Plan and forecast repairs, defects and equipment orders with precision and resourcefulness.
- Develop and maintain meticulous records/scanning protocols for all plant and equipment.
- Take the lead on data analysis and report findings regarding defects and issues to operational management.
- Coordinate key reports and databases to maintain operational integrity.
- Schedule resources and training in alignment with operational requirements.
- Guide, support, and participate in new starter inductions.
- Record and communicate minutes and action items as needed, ensuring nothing is missed.
- Ensure accuracy in processing all invoices in line with EMR policies and procedures.
- Raise purchase orders and track them against spending budgets.
