Depot Director - Yate
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in sales and operations to take on responsibility for our Yate operation as Depot Director. You would be looking after a team of 59 employees, supported by on-site Operations and department Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to a Director on the Latham’s Limited board and will be supported by colleagues throughout the business. They will oversee all aspects of the site including budgeting and overheads, performance of sales and operations, and people management. They must be able to implement group policy in such things as health and safety, customer care, supply chain and developing employees in order to build a strong team and grow the business.
