Role Description: Depot Manager (UK-Based, Full-Time)
We are seeking a Depot Manager to take charge of an on-site location, ensuring smooth operations daily. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing scheduling and coordination of:
- Waste tanker jobs
- Fabrications
- Water service operations

Managing depot staff efficiently, fostering a well-functioning team dynamic.

Maintaining vehicles, equipment, and facilities at high operational standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Logistics and Delivery Operations
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking where necessary.
- Work closely with transport and operations teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in operations.
- Keep accurate records and reports for reporting purposes.

Stakeholder Relations
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance depot performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Prospective candidates should have:
✔ Experience in depot, operations, or transport management roles. ✔ Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
