Our depots are the backbone of our operation, ensuring seamless logistics and top-notch service for our customers. Whether you’re handling parcels, coordinating routes, or managing depot operations, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and efficiency.

About the role:

In this pivotal role, you won’t just manage operations you’ll ignite performance, inspire a high-energy team, and set new standards in customer service.   • Location: 4 Olympus Park Olympus Business Park, Quedgeley, Gloucester GL2
  • Hours: Monday - Friday (flexibility may be required due to operational needs)
  • Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Benefits

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for an exceptional operational leader, someone who thrives in a high-energy, 24/7 logistics environment and brings the drive to push performance to the next level.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

  • Proven success in fast-paced, round-the-clock operations, demonstrating resilience, composure, and the ability to lead through pressure.
  • A natural curiosity and a drive to innovate you enjoy challenging the status quo and delivering smarter, better ways of working.
  • Strong leadership experience within logistics, distribution, or supply chain, ideally within a depot or large operational site, with responsibility for sizeable teams and a track record of building high-performing, collaborative cultures.
  • A deep understanding of operational efficiency, using data, process improvement, and people leadership to elevate service quality and customer experience.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and contributing to overall company profitability.
  • A solid grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements across logistics and distribution—including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships, and work confidently with Operational Directors.
  • A results-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities and maintain control in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
