- Hours: Monday - Friday (flexibility may be required due to operational needs)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for an exceptional operational leader, someone who thrives in a high-energy, 24/7 logistics environment and brings the drive to push performance to the next level.
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
- Proven success in fast-paced, round-the-clock operations, demonstrating resilience, composure, and the ability to lead through pressure.
- A natural curiosity and a drive to innovate you enjoy challenging the status quo and delivering smarter, better ways of working.
- Strong leadership experience within logistics, distribution, or supply chain, ideally within a depot or large operational site, with responsibility for sizeable teams and a track record of building high-performing, collaborative cultures.
- A deep understanding of operational efficiency, using data, process improvement, and people leadership to elevate service quality and customer experience.
- Excellent financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and contributing to overall company profitability.
- A solid grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements across logistics and distribution—including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships, and work confidently with Operational Directors.
- A results-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities and maintain control in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
