- Location: Unit 3 Inpost, Stourton, Leeds LS10 1AZ
- Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday
- Hours: 07:00 - 15:30
- Salary: £12.71 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Support drivers and colleagues across shifts, handling queries via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital systems.
- Manage driver bookings, parcel processing, and live delivery monitoring to keep parcels on time.
- Assist with damage control, repacking, and resolving logistical issues.
- Handle key admin tasks such as customer reception, claims processing, onboarding support, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
- Collaborate closely with the depot and management team to escalate and resolve issues.
What we need from you:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving warehouse environment, multitasking with energy and precision.
- A proactive, “can-do” mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
