About The Role

Ready to step up from Transport Admin into a more hands-on operational role?

We're looking for a Depot Supervisor who's organised, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in. You'll help keep our fleet safe, compliant, and ready to deliver the brilliant service AO is known for.

From supporting drivers and monitoring deliveries to vehicle checks, compliance, and training new starters, you'll be at the heart of the operation making things happen.

Salary: £28,311.90

Shift pattern: 5 on 3 off 5 on 2 off (4am - 13:00pm and 12:00pm - 21:00pm)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full time and permanent contract

Location: Unit 1, Middleton Avenue, Strutherhill Ind. Estate, Larkhall, ML9 2UN

A Few Things About You

  • Experience in a Transport Admin, Transport Coordinator, or logistics role
  • Looking for the next step in your career
  • A hands-on approach and strong work ethic
  • Great at solving problems and keeping things organised
  • Confident communicating with drivers, crews, and contractors
  • Knowledge of transport compliance and safe loading practices
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge would be a bonus
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential
